Wash With Soap

Avoid Excess Moisture
While you don’t want the feet to feel too dried out, it’s important to prevent excess moisture to keep fungal infections from developing. When you’re wearing sneakers and your feet are sweating because you’re participating in some sort of physical activity, you’ll need to take your sneakers off, remove your socks, and then wipe off the sweat to prevent that moisture from staying on the skin. After gently exfoliating, be prepared to apply some moisturizer or lotion to the feet and then put on a pair of socks to keep them protected.

Start by soaking the feet in a basin with warm water for at least 15 minutes. After you’ve soaked your feet for several minutes, apply a generous amount of an antibacterial ointment.

Choose the Right Shoes to Wear
If you want your feet to look and feel good, wear shoes that fit right and feel good. Don’t wear shoes that are too tight or too uncomfortable.
