The Order – a supernatural horror-drama series on Netflix, created by Dennis Heaton
and Shelly Eriksen is set to return for a second season in the coming months. The series
stars Jake Manley as Jack Morton and Alyssa Drake as Sarah Grey and revolves around
Jack Morton, who is out to avenge his mother’s death. Following the release of Season 1
on March 7th 2019 on Netflix, the series was a huge success amassing a massive number
of followers. With the release of The Order Season 2, you are probably wondering what would happen to the Knights of St. Christopher werewolves following the events of the season finale

The Order Season 1 Spoiler
The Order season 1 follows Jack Morton filled with vengeance following the death of his
mother. He therefore goes on a mission to avenge his mother’s death and joins a secret
society called the Hermetic Order of the Blue Rose tacked away on a university campus.
The society’s mission is to open up “a world of magic, monsters and intrigue”.
After joining the society, Jack Morton uncovers some rather dark secrets about his own
family as he tries to circumnavigate the “underground battle between werewolves and
the magical dark arts”. The season finale was quite ecstatic with Jack’s mind as well as
those of the werewolves being completely wiped out. Season 2 was definitely needed to
resolve the suspense.
The Order Season 2: Release Date and Trailer
The Order Season 2 trailer is not yet out meaning that the show may still be under post-
production. No word has been officially communicated regarding the second season.
With the trailer yet to be released, the official launch may still be far away.
Regarding the release date, no official communication is made available. However, we
understand that filming took place in August and completed by November 2019 in
Vancouver Canada. The teaser video that launched last year reveals that the series will
be airing somewhere in mid- 2020. But with the recent COVID-19 pandemic that has
claimed hundreds of thousands of individuals worldwide, the release date may be postponed/delayed. What Should We Expect in The Order Season 2?
With the official trailer yet to be released and no official plot made public, we are still in
the dark. The Order Netflix however confirmed that the show’s second season will
involve ten episodes with each episode running for 45-50 minutes. In the teaser video
released last year, Jack Morton and co. are seen pouring some highly volatile potion on
an old book, which immediately turns to flames.
We should expect the second season to involve lots of dark magic with Jack and Alyssa
set to get much familiar with dark magic vibes in the society. Jack’s father may also
cause lots of drama too. And with Jack’s memory completely wiped out, he may struggle
to recall who he really is plus that his grandfather is dead. It will be interesting to see
whether Jack and the Knights will recover from memory loss. Plus, will the love between
Jack and Alyssa blossom? Fans are surely in for a treat.
Speaking to Showbiz Junkies about the second season, Sarah Grey who plays Alyssa
said: “I can’t say much about it, obviously”. “But I do know that there’s a lot of humor
involved, and I really like where we find the characters coming back”. “I think the
audience is going to find it hilarious.”
The Order Season 2 Cast
The Order cast is yet to be made public but obviously Jack Manley (Jack Morton) and
Sarah Grey (Alyssa Drake) will be back on your screens for the second season. Other
casts that are set to reappear include Max Martini as Edward Coventry, and Sam
Trammel as Eric Clarke. Matt Frewer who plays Peter-Jack’s grandfather may not
return for the second season since he was killed by Jack’s estranged father, Edward
(Max Martini) in the final moments of episode nine. The second season will also cast
some players with minor roles from the first season including Adam DiMarco as Randall
Carpio, Thomas Elms as Hamish Duke, Katharine Isabella as Vera Stone, Devery Jacobs
as Lilith Bathory, and Louriza Tronco as Gabrielle Dupres.
Speaking at San Diego, CA at the Comic-Con 2019, The Order founder Shelly Eriksen
revealed that the leading casts could be in for personal selection and institutional
options. The Orders season 2 will also have few new faces including Olesia Shewchuk as
a ballet teacher, Grace Dove as Ellie Taylor and Kyle Stratus who will portray a

There has been lots of speculation regarding the sequel evidenced by the numerous fun
theories surrounding the second season. One theory suggests that Jack Morton’s family secrets will be revealed thus ruining the relationship between him and his father.
Nonetheless, these are just theories and nothing has been confirmed just yet. The Order
Netflix will indeed keep you glued on your screen especially if you love to watch series.
