WhatsApp makes it easier to change font style and find emojis. Before a year, WhatsApp introduced various font options such as Bold, Italic, Strikethrough and Monospace.
Earlier, when you want to make text bold you have to put a star (*) at the start and end of the text. To make any text Italic, you have to add an underscore (_) at the start and end of the text. To make text Strikethrough tilde (~) is used and for Monospace (“`) is used.

In the latest WhatsApp Beta version of the app, you have to just long press the text you want to convert to Bold, Italic, Strikethrough or Monospace. When you click on the text, you will be able to see options such as cut, paste, copy and you will see three dots at the end.
When you click on dots and you will view a detailed menu. The menu has options such as Bold, Italic, Strikethrough, Monospace and lastly share. To convert, just hit on any of the style and text will be converted directly.
Another feature that is introduced in the newest version is searching for emoji by just typing the word. As soon as you click on Emoji Keyboard, you will be able to see a short keyboard at the bottom. Here you can search for any of emoji you want to use, enter dog for using dog emoji, and you will get the proper result. This is very much useful for the users who like more to use emoji in the conversation.
